The following examples highlight my litigation support experience.

	Compared the costs of alternative chromium remediation options with the expected reductions in risk to determine that level of remediation which most closely matched benefits with costs. This work was conducted in support of litigation that was settled before trial.
	Produced forecasts of perception-based sales losses to a business whose property was contaminated by gasoline from a leaking underground storage tanks. This work was conducted in support of litigation that was settled before trial.
	Appeared as an expert witness before the Illinois Commerce Commission on behalf of the State of Illinois Office of Small Business Utility Advocate in People's Gas Light and Coke Company's utility rate case.
	Prepared testimony and analysis of cost-allocation for the expert witness on behalf of the State of Pennsylvania Office of Small Business Advocate in Metropolitan Edison's utility rate case.
	Estimated loss of income from workplace injuries.
	Conducted an econometric analysis of property value diminution using hedonic methods to estimate the impacts of proximity to hazardous waste on local residential property values.
