consulting, and research to you and your
clients. My work in economic analysis has appeared
in numerous reports and journals, including the American
Economic Review, Resource and Energy Economics, and Land
Economics.
I
have provided expert witness and litigation support in
energy utility rate, personal injury, anti-trust-merger,
and property value diminution cases.
I have
conducted research on numerous economic policy issues,
including the macroeconomic and regional economic impacts
of energy, environmental, and transportation policy, the impacts of
electricity prices on input substitution in irrigated
agriculture, hydroelectric power provision under
environmental and regulatory constraints, and assessing the
benefits and costs of environmental remediation options.
I have also developed forecasting models of
industrial electricity and natural gas consumption, and simulation
models of hydroelectric power generation.
